April 2014 Favorites

This month is going to be a totally random favorites post.

It is Spring! Of course, here in Florida that means we have about 3 weeks before it is boiling lava hot all the time! Source

I only have one beauty item since we were quarantined most of the month!

Wild Geranium Creme Eyeshadow by Flower Beauty

I did a mini-review of this product here.  I really am obsessed with this eyeshadow and plan on getting several more shades!

Modern medicine for the win! Antibiotics were the MVPs at our house this month!

If you have not been watching Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC or The Blacklist on NBC, I’m going to ask that you take a moment to examine your life choices because HOLY CRAP these two shows are amazing and you should stop whatever you are doing and go and watch all the episodes!

I am going to age myself a little here, but I was a senior in high school when Buffy the Vampire Slayer aired and I have been a loyal Whedonite since that time.  I know I shouldn’t be shocked at insane plot twists with a Whedon show anymore, but there were several times in the last few weeks watching AOS where I was sitting on the couch and I was totally Penny:

The Blacklist is an amazing show.  James Spader is an excellent actor and he makes me love his character so so much!

I can’t really get into details about the shows w/out posting spoilers, but please believe me when I say you should add them to your must watch list!

I think that is all for my favorites this month.  Hopefully, May will be a much smoother month for our family!
